The transfer case shift linkage (Doorman control lever 600-602) is broken on my 1994 F350, 4x4, 5.8L, standard cab. The cast aluminum mount is snapped.
1) They seem to run $80 new, does anyone have a cheaper source? Used transfer cases are going for $100 around here.
2) Does anyone know if the transfer case shift linkage from an older Ford would work? IIRC, the older ones did not require you to push down on the linkage before going into 4-Low.
3) Does anyone know what the plastic trim piece is called that goes on the tunnel with the shift lever and boot coming through it?
