Wiring problem - everything turns on
So I have just got done reinstalling my motor and wiring harness. A couple of days ago I gave power to the harness and everything seemed fine.
I then finished installing some more things and today when I connect the battery, immediately everything turns on, my fuel pump, the starter, etc. It is as if the key is turned to the start position but the key is not even in the ignition.
Any ideas what to check?

I have been out there a couple of times now looking at it and it does seem to get stranger and stranger each time.
The starter doesn't crank as soon as I connect the battery anymore and the fuel pump comes on and then off after 2 seconds. So it is like the key is in the ON position now.
