Statement of Conformity wanted.

I need statement of conformity for my Ford truck so it can be used in UK
The chassis is the 6.8 ton version which has a roll back body for shifting cars, the NAVSTAR diesel powers it, was built in Canada plant in 1992, is there much chance of getting this for Mr Ford Motor Co do you think ?

If it was coming into Canada, I would start here.

I'm not exactly sure what the certificate you need entails, but your truck did not leave Ford as a complete vehicle. The roll back body was added by an aftermarket upfitter, and may have included chassis modifications.

Very good point, do you think therefore the body builder who was Century would issue the Cert if Conformity ?

What exactly does this 92 need to conform to? Safety, emissions, of the truck or its function as a vehicle carrier/wrecker? There isn't some sort of reciprocity between Ireland and the rest of GB concerning registration? Does there exist a COC in a file for the truck in Ireland?

Without knowing what exactly what a certificate of conformity contains, it is a bit difficult to help point you in the right direction to obtain the information you need. I believe what you are looking for is a pretty detailed document that contains dimensional data for the vehicle among other things, which is going to be difficult as your truck was not completed by Ford.
A typical north American title document contains little more than the VIN, and registered weight, some include tare weight, fuel type, number of drive wheels, number of axles, occasionally wheelbase, but not a whole lot else.

The certificate of conformity is thee official declaration that the vehicle conforms to a whole load of DOT numbers relating to all sorts of thing such as glass, belt, emissions, brakes, noise etc. etc.
There is a version stuck to the door pillar however the lecencing authority here will not accept this it has to be a document from Fo Mo Co ....but it's bulit 1992
The same authority will not accept vehicles that have been in use in Southern Ireland or Greece, as they consider them a lesser standard.......so much for a European Union.
