throttle body/ mass air flow
I have a '90 F-150 302 5-sp. So far I've installed The new K&N filter, Gibson shorty headers, Super Truck cat-back and under drive pulleys. I think I want to install a larger throttle body and mass air flow sensor. Is this a good idea for a daily driver? What is the size of the original throttle body? Would a 56mm t/b better be better than a 61mm t/b for what I'm doing?

If you plan on aftermarket heads and/or a performance cam,then Mass Air would be necessary,but if not,your truck's Speed Density computer should be fine.With your current upgrades the 56mm throttle body will be enough.If you add a supercharger,and more upgrades,then I would suggest going with the 61mm unit.
