Turn signal issue
Hey guys! Just bought a nice used 2001 V10 2wd Excursion. Runs great but does have a couple of electrical issues. the worst is that the drivers front turn signal doesn't work. Checked the bulb and it is fine. The indicator on the dash also doesn't work. The mirror on the passenger side has the turn indicator in it but the drivers doesn't. Flashes quickly just like when a bulb is out.

I would first check the wires and make sure the bulb connection is cleaned and not corroded. Next make sure the flasher relay is correct and working.
If you have an LED bulb without an LED compatible flasher relay it freak out your dash (not damage, just freak it out until you either replace the LED with an incandescent bulb or replace the relay with a LED compatible one).
