Slippery Subject
I have a 2001 V-10 with 31,5000 miles and change my fluids myself. My question is what viscosity engine oil to use? My van seldoms feels freezing temps as I live on the gulf coast. The filler cap has 5-20 in bright yellow on it. What I use is Motorcraft 5-20 oil and a Fram Doubleguard filter.

Oils right, get rid of the Fram filter. I`ve used Fram fiters for over 25 years but after reading about them on other sites, never again. The loss of oil pressure, poor filtering and exploding was enough to make me change. The factory Motorcraft does a better job of filtering and your oil pressure will go back up.
