A young man with new driver's license crossed the center line and caused me to T-bone him a few weeks ago.
His insurance is balking at paying me fair value for my daily driver F100 Ranger.
Right now they are at $5100. I'm trying to get them up another $1000.
I want to replace with another 68, since any of the parts on mine will directly transfer. Mine is a LWB with 360 and 3-speed column shift.
Does anyone know of a solid truck in the Southeast (NC, SC, GA, VA) for sale in that price range (including transport)?
Sorry to hear about your truck. What shape was your truck in? Restored at all any pics before and after the accident? Don't have any leads for you but just search CL the forums and other internet sites. Lucky for you rangers seem to be popping up like pimples on a grease faced kid going through puberty lately hahaha.
I have a decent 1969 F100 Ranger 360 project truck. It's mostly straight, couple of small dents in the front right of the hood, and the usual rust spots in both of the front fenders, beautiful paint patina. It's located in Loveland, CO and is orange with a white cab. PM me if it is what you're looking for. The trucks up here are pretty solid because they don't salt the roads.
Truck is great looking definitely try to get as much as you can from the insurance company finding another close to the shape yours was in will take time. Any pics after the accident?
Show them COPIES of all receipts. A lot of insurance companies take them in to account. See what you're insurance company and agent can do for you in your corner.
