First ride of the year
Took the old 50' out for the first ride of the year, everything was great, got one thumbs up, and a lady at the dollar store said she loved the old truck. One guy at the gas station talked my leg off, but that is good. It ran great with no problems. Man I hate to tear this thing down for paint cause I know it's going to be down for a while. What is a guy to do, I love driving this thing but I want to get it painted, I know others aren't even this close to a nice drive but when you drive these old trucks all the time you really hate to pull them off the road for maintenance. What to do, what to do.

The fenders worked out great , can't remember If I posted pics since I put them on or not, I think I did. They are still in primer. I thank this site for being able to connect people to share info and parts. It's all good.

And so, it'll be a while before I take that big step...
