Wow, I thought it had the standard 3 on the tree.

 

It does, I goofed, look at the decode again.

A = 1965 3 speed - 1966/79 NP435 4 speed / C = 1966/79 3 speed.

The VIN engine code for 1965 352 (D) is also different for 1966 352 (Y).
