6.9 Blow By
I am going to buy an engine from some one that has excessive blow-by. I think this means that the rings are shot. Is there something else I should change after buying the engine. I plan on changing gaskets as well, are felpro gaskets good or should I try another brand? Paying 400 for 6.9 idi and the 4 speed T-19 attached to it.
