Scanguage HPR reading?

Scanguage HPR reading?
Is the scangauge hpr reading accurate? I'm not sure where it calculates it from but would assume it's at the crank. Only reason I ask is it seems to be higher given the same situation as it was before the delete. For the first time since I've had the truck I saw 312 with just 10lbs of boost and less than 2000rpm!! I don't concern myself much with horse power but I was kinda shocked at that number especially at that given time on 4he way home from work.
