Sunny here Roy with a high of 78 today. Nothing fun planned but cutting the lawn though... That will be much more fun next year when today is the day I pick up the new John Deere X739. I decided against a larger plow for the 450 and am getting a bigger tractor with a 54" blower for winter and a 60" deck for summer. Since we sold all the toys I guess a tractor can be a toy right?

I like your pole roof too. I really want to do the same but I had my pad where the RV sits poured at an angle. So, either I have to square it up to put a roof over it or leave it as is.

Next, step is to pour the slab, but that is going to cost more than the building did. LOL
I've seen pictures of your slab, and I like how clean and open it is.

Mine is 40X40 because I used to have an enclosed snowmobile trailer on it too. Now big silver has it to herself sitting in the center. Cost me 4k for 6" with mesh. I got a good deal. At 44' the RV hangs it's nose over the pavement in the front though. If I squared the pad, I'd add a few feet to the rear as well.

That is a good deal. My pole shed is 24x48 and I think it will cost near the same for a slab. I put the building up myself and only have $3,500 in it. Of course like often is the case, I wish I had gone bigger. In addition to the Montana, I park my 22'bay boat, the tractor and an old 95 F150 under there, and it gets tight.
