who else doesn't have a garge for thier project and cant wait for it to warm up so you can get started working on it again ? i know i am. i've been on this site all winter long reading other build threads and just cant wait to get back to working on my 1978 F250 xlt sno-fighter. picked up a 95% rust free cab and clip for it about a year ago from lower PA. tore the frame a part and cleaned everything up then primed and painted it black and put it back together. this year will be going thru the brakes, installing the brake and fuel lines and installing shocks. also i hope to get the engine transmission and transfer case installed along with the drive shafts.
well i have a driveway, but it's pretty narrow ( house on one side and nieghbors fence down half the other side ) back yard works but the jack and engine hoist dont roll very well . no room for any type of car port either.
I have a backyard to use that is pretty flat. Only downside is the fact I cant get anything bigger then a Jeep cherokee past my house and fence. And the jeep just clears the fence and back steps by maybe an inch.
i hear ya. i can get my truck in my back yard but getting it turned around is a real pain. i'm only 32 feet wide and pushing / pulling a project in a narrow space isnt much fun .
