Fuse ?'s

I have a issue with my 96 F150 and want to know if the only fuse box is the one located under the dash on the drivers side.
The problem I am having is neither the cruse control or the horn are working.
Thanks in advance. Joe

Air bag light blinking too?

Power Distribution box is under hood near master cylinder.

Check fuse 5 & 13 under dash.

Quite probably the clockspring under the steering wheel.

There is a Power Distribution box under the hood too...

A non-functioning horn and cruise is usually caused by a bad clock spring behind the steering wheel.

There is a blinking light on the lower left of the dash , but I cant tell what it is for.
Clock spring? Is there a thread somewhere around here that explains the repair?

I just went tried looking at the light that is flashing, still no luck seeing what it is, but I stumbled on the fact that my hazard lights wont blink when I use the switch on the top of the steering column.

OK, I just did a goggle video search to learn about the clock spring replacement. So now another question. Would the clock spring de the issue with the hazard lights also? Or am I looking at something else there ?

Clock spring, when first hearing that term it reminded me of blinker fluid. hahahahaha.

Hahahahahahahahaha, Now that actually made me LOL !!!!!!!!!

The hazards wont come on at all so the blinker fluid must be empty and not just low. Haha
