'02 Explorer Reprogram Remote
THIS WORKS ON MY 99
1. roll down both windows first, lock both doors
2. turn the key three times without starting it
you should hear the locks move, it should work then , If that doesnt you can contact the dealer and they can do it for you they shouldnt charge you for it
