I could really use a hand identifying the application, year, and part # for this bumper that I found the other day. Brand new in the Ford box, chrome in perfect condition. But I'm having a heck of a time finding the exact match for a part number and value. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks. Mac
You can see that there are application holes in the middle in order to apply either a rub strip or potentially something that color matches the vehicle.
Looks identical the rear bumper on my old 1988 f-150. I'd say that it would fit a 1980 - 1996 F-150.
Did your 88 have something in the middle of the bumper? Either rub pads or something color matched? This definitely has the holes for something like that to be applied.
Thanks for the help though, Senior. I'm ex-Navy E-5.
Yes, mine had the black plastic strip in the middle. On second thought, I think it might actually be more specifically for a 1992-1996 model truck as many of the previous models didn't have the plastic piece on top of the bumper.
