still knocking???
Did injector o rings yesterday and tourqued them down and started it and let it get nice and warm. Then torqued again. Disconected each injector while running and it stumbled every time. Put it all back together and its knocking still. Im lost. Icp is 500 psi at idle and ipr cycle is 13%. Could low fuel pressure cause a long hot start and a loud cackle when warm? How long have you allowed it to run and or how long have you driven it? If you could, put your additional mods in your signature.
It is going to cackle and be a bit hard to start until all of the air is out of the heads in both the fuel and oil rail...
It can take up to 50 miles to get the air out of the oil rail in the head...
A regulated return would help clear the air out of the fuel rail quicker...
