Suspension Rebuild

Well it's finally time to start the upgrade/rebuild of my suspension. It's a '79 F-150, 4x4, Manual, 4.9l. I've rebuilt the front axle hub to hub and have the rear axle parts, and steering parts on the way. I'm running 33's now and plan to keep those until they wear out, may go to 35's later since it's a weekend work truck.

Roughly stock suspension now, but it is definitely worn out. Rear leafs bottom out with only 400lbs in the bed and the shocks are just as bad. Front coils have two wedges each to try and spread them out some. So I'm looking to just replace it all.

So here's where I'm wanting some input from those who have gone through this already. I've looked into getting the 2.5" or 4" Rough Country lift kits. Or possibly the SD rear springs and 1-2 JBG coils for the front, just not sure I completely understand what all the SD leafs entail to install.

Any other parts that will need attention along with the lift parts?
