Thanks for all the replies.
Joe, The signature photo I uploaded is in the box like your post shows, and has the caption above it, Your Current Signature Picture. Next to the photo is the caption that you have circled. I clicked on the caption, but for some reason it is not adding my photo to my signature. Down at the bottom of the page in the box that tells you what is "on", it says that I can add a signature picture.
OK Mark, Go back to your signature edit page and make sure that the sigpic showed up in the signature. The picture itself won't show up, but when you click the link next to the picture it adds the bracketed links to the signature. Also, if you clicked it multiple times and the sigic /sigpic show up multiple times it will cancel itself out. If that is the case, delete them and click it one more time. It will add the pic to the front of the signature, but you can move the code to where you want it like I did.
Joe, I clicked Insert Signature Picture and the screen refreshes like it added the pic, but the bracketed link is not showing up in the signature.
Thanks

I just checked, you have to be a 'Premium' member to add a picture to your signature.
I've been wrong before but pretty sure I put the signature pic as soon as my panel was on the road and that was before I received the membership. It does clearly say in Joe's post you need to have a premium membership. I may be mistaken as to when I installed the pic, I do suffer from CRS.
Thanks for all the replies. I guess what has me confused is that at the bottom of the page for edit signature, there is a box that says Signature Permissions. In that box is a line that says, can upload images for signature. It is marked, yes. So, I guess I can upload a signature photo, which I did do a couple of weeks ago, but I can't add it to my signature without becoming a paid member.
Thanks again.
