I've got a '13 XLT with the 40/20/40 bucket seat arrangement in the front (no center seating) and have been looking at mounts for an LG G Pad 7. Don't really like windshield suction cup mounts because everyone can see it, air vent mounts seem like they would be too unstable, and really don't want to drill holes to afix anything unless the mount could release from the base. Since I don't have the factory nav nor do I have a nav devise, that way when I did want nav I could use my notepad. And all my data plan too lol.
Interesting looking mount. My G Pad 7 would be a squeaker; it's 4.48" wide according to LG, and this mount accepts up to 4.5", but it is a unique concept with the cupholder. Need to eyeball the relationship of the cupholder and the seat now. Thanks for the tip.
You can google "vehicle specific mounts" and get some ideas. In previous vehicles I used Pro-Clip. They offer several different mounts. You have to get 2 components, the vehicle mount and the device mount. I've been thinking of 854639 for my tablet because it looks easy to remove & install.

They have many different options for mounts. On their site you can get different arms that allow for your device. There is a device application finder on their website. I would browse around and see what you can find.
I've only used profit mounts & proclip mounts. The profit mounts are mounted by removing a dash panel, then fastened using existing screws (on the truck) to mount the clip. It's an easy install. The proclip mounts either stick on with adhesive or they have others that wedge in certain spots in the dash. I like both mounts.
I have a new iPhone 6 Plus so I'm planing to order the pro-clip 854639 this time. Since the phone is larger I wanted it in a area with more free space. My kids call the my phone a tablet.
Although it's a wee pricey with all its carbon fiberness, I like the design of this one. It has enough joints and length to them to get the notepad up and forward closer to a line of sight without having to look down all the way i.e. taking your eyes completely off the road.
