I completely understand. What is this Bluetooth Dongle?? thing that was mentioned? I also was curious what electronic's are out to help monitor engine performance and things of that nature
The BT dongle plugs into the OBDII port under the dash, and uses a BT connection to transmit information to a properly configured receiving device to display live data about your vehicle. Your radio may be properly equipped, or capable of being so. Another option is the TorquePro app, or a ScanGauge ii, which is what I personally run. There is a ton of threads about them already, and Rich (Tugly) has a great one going in the diesel forums in the 7.3 section. I realize you have a V10, but it has a great overview of the TorquePro itself in general.
A big perk, in addition to montoring vitals, is most of these monitoring devices allow the reading and clearing of codes. Makes diagnosing any issues a hell of a lot easier, and if you need to post up here about it you can provide specific codes and conditions the codes are being set.
So after talking with a few people I am going to leave the wheels and tires alone. I got a few compliments on the rig while I was on vacation which of course helped in the decision as well. I averaged ll.6 mpg the whole trip as we put about 1500 miles on it in a week.

I thought about going for aftermarket wheels and such, but I've come to really like the stock look of my wheels. Especially since i found out mine were polished aluminum :-P (Stan doesn't like to be clean)
My current wheels and tires are not stock, but I wasn't a fan of them in the beginning but they are growing on me more and more. The previous owner put some money into the rig so I really don't have much to do.

Same with the wheels that were on my Ex when I bought it. Definitely not what I would have picked out, but look good enough to not go out and spend my money on different wheels. Spend the money somewhere else...
I agree with the general comments on wheels and tires, I'd like to upgrade, but I really can't find a reason. Maybe when my tires need replacing I'll just go with bigger rubber on the existing rims, and try to get close to 35" on my 17" rims.
Matt - looking forward to trying those other apps. My in-dash receiver only supports DashCommand, and it basically sucks for the 6.0 engine. I may ping you for some pointers. I already have a GoPoint BT1 adapter, hopefully it works with either TorquePro or ScanGauge II.
I put pipe plugs in where the vacuum line used to attach to the hub. I removed the vacuum lines and put a cap on the line that used to feed the switch on the passenger side fender.
This is the supply line to the switch.
I removed all the vacuum lines from this piece to the hubs.
I used pipe plugs ( 1/8" I think) so water can't get in the hub.
