I have a 1988 Ford F250 Metropolitan. Has anyone heard of this truck? It looks like a suburban but it a ford (which makes it better). If you have heard anything about this type of truck I would like to know everything. BOB
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 20-Mar-02 AT 10:00 AM (EST)]I have seen somthing like that but it was a centurion conversion. I bet it is somthing like that.
I would love to see a picture of it though.
Check out the Centurion Conversions Group on Yahoo @

It's a site open to all conversions:Centurion,Metropolitan, and Magnum motor Coach. I'm fourdoorbronko over there. I have an '89 F-350 conversion with a 460. Anyway, check them out, one of the guys had a Magnum conversion but I think you are the first
Metropolitan owner I have heard of.
Hope this helps.

You have to join to see the pictures. It's no big deal signing up or canceling if you want. As far as trucks for sale we just post links to ones we find at different search sites. There are a bunch of pictures of trucks that have been up for sale all over the country in the default album. My truck is the one on the home page (fourdoorbronko). My truck goes to the body shop in about 4 weeks for a complete rework and I'll be posting new pic's as the work progresses.
