So heres the problem. My front tank never worked, the truck would stumble then die. I didn't really care because I just ran it off the rear tank. But now the rear tank is starting to leak, so I'm going to drop the front tank and replace everything. Only one problem with that plan: I cant find a damn sending unit. I found one for a 92, but the connectors for the gauge are different. Heres the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1990-1991-1992-Ford-F-350-450-550-New-Fuel-Sending-Unit-Tank-Turbo-Diesel-/171306339841?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27e2a74e01&vxp=mtrDo you guys think it would work? The connecting tubes both cracked off on mine.
Thanks,

l Looks like the same place as the one you found on e bay. I spoke with this guy for a buddy of mine. He said ohm range was correct But tubes may need to be bent or lengthened. It looks correct for my 93 front tank. My buddy still has not fixed his gauge. There is also a rebuilder in ny. Rebuilt Fuel Sending Unit Specialist
Alright I'll take a look at Tristar, but shipping from Canada might make it a little impracticable. So you figure it would work then, the one I linked?
Yah my truck has the round plug on the frame rail. And I dunno if it comes with the damn float. But my gauge unit works on the one I have (the broken one). Well I'll wait until I actually pull the tank and get the sending unit out before I order any parts. Thanks for the input!
