Ignition Issue

When I'm driving and I come to a stop, I notice my RPMs dip to 400 and then come back to 500 to idle, which to me doesn't seem right. Also, on rare occasion, typically about 30 seconds after firing it up when I first start to drive on low throttle to leave my street, the RPMs will fluctuate on their own from 300 to 600 if I hold a steady low throttle or sometimes even no throttle when rolling at idle. The second I give it some more juice the problem is solved.

Engine is throwing no codes and the spark plugs were replaced very recently. I'm assuming I should be looking at the coil packs?
