in the morning time, if my heater runs with full power, will happen the following sometimes:
after several miles, suddenly the vents blow cold air in the cabin. After pressing of different switches at the DATC the vents blows warm air again.
But not always, sometimes everything is okay, sometimes this fault.
What can it be?

As undesirable as it sounds, the best way is to cut an access hole in the air housing to observe if the blend door moves properly. Then cover the cutout with duct tape after.
Below is a page from heatertreater which is a repair method that does not require removing the entire dash. At the bottom of that page is a video showing how to install their kit. My suggestion is to make the same cutout they show in the video. This way if you find the door is broken you've already got the correct cutout done. If it turns out not to be the door, simply put it back together and if on some future date the door does break, you're already half way there.
