Does it have issues? Sure.
Is it a Frankenstein? I'd say so.
But what do you expect for only $3500 asking price? (I'd offer less, of course.)
If the tires and brakes are good, the 4x4 works, the frame is good, and the engine purrs, then I say its a good deal for a 5000 mile per year truck.
