Fuel Tank Sender
Got a really, really good deal on a complete set of Autometer
z series gauges.(six gauges!!)The fuel gauge is for gm (90/0). Going to look in "salvage" yard for sender to fit.
I'm using the stock tank ('54 F100) and wanted to know if anyone has any info or experience on what yrs./model gm type vehicle to look at for the sender. I can fab any spacer or adapter needed to fit the sender.
Almost feel like buying a gauge to work with the stock sender so I don't have to have any ch*#% parts on the truck (the toyota steering box , well at least its not ch*#% )

I just ordered the Autometer, Ford style fuel guage to replace the GM style that came with the set I got from Ford Motorsport.
I'm using the 65 Mustang tank. I've got a new universal sender for the GM guage that I'm not going to use now.
