Please help with lift and tire suggestions!
Believe it or not, I actually found aftermarket rims and two different lift kits for my 2002 7 lugger(f150 7700 series)! I've made up my mind on Centerline Grizzly rims. The rims are 18x9 with a -12 offset. The lift kits are a 4" made by ProComp, and a 5" made by RCD. Does anyone recommend one of these brands over the other? Also what do you think is the biggest tire I could run with either one of these lifts? Thank you in advance for everyone's input!

Try looking up rough country, pro Comp has a good selection but the only bad that I've heard from them is that there are priced high for a lift. I have a 4 1/2 rough country lift and I put 35s underneath but still running a 16 inch rim. When I per chased the lift 2 years ago I kinda cheated a little bit and used the blocks they gave me plus kept the stock blocks and it's just now starting to do bad things so I ordered 5 inch lifting leaf springs from skyjacker, but I'm still going to keep the stock lift blocks on. So I'll have about a 6 inch lift in the rear. Make sure you do your research on the lifts that your looking for.
Also keep in mind putting a lift also will stretch out your drive shaft. It's not ganna ruin anything, but your truck will eat u-joints. When you order the lift. Rough country and skyjacker and shims you can put under your blocks. I would recommend you buy those as well that way your u-joints won't get eaten up. If you decide to change your u-joints, look into getting Dana Spicer u-joints. There pricey at $20 a piece but they have a 100k mile worrenty and they are worth it.

Nobody else makes a lift kit for the 7700 series F150s. Only ProComp and RCD. Believe me I've checked. This is because of the larger transmission in them. The cross member for a regular 97-03 lift kit will not fit. However do you think that just a leveling kit from a normal F150 would work?
