Custom Cab Interior Door trim

I am looking for the aft corner piece from the drivers side interior aluminum door trim for my '66 F250 Custom Cab. I have seen older posts about these parts, and I was wondering if anyone may have one. I believe NumberDummy posted the part number as C4TZ8120987A. I have been searching ebay, but I haven't seen this particular piece. Anyone that may have this piece would be a life saver.

C4TZ-8120987-A .. Left Door Trim Panel Moulding-Rear / Obsolete = 1964/66 F100/250 Custom Cab & 1965/66 F100/250 Ranger.

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
