351 Timing

Just looking for a little more hp and would like to know what is the best timing setting for 92 351. Also, is their anything you can do to stop the somewhat sloppy idle in these motors? I was told that this motor just does not idle smooth. Thanks

mine is at 10,and if you ever figure out what makes these motors idle rough... please post it. ive cleaned and tested just about everything still idles rough.
