I am in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area. Wife is from just across the border, Kahoka area.
As to any structured gtg, nothing currently is planned, but that doesn't have to stay that way.

I have gone through organizing these things a number of times, The big hangups tend to be date and location. Location is generally the worst part of it. Typically most have to travel. I have tried moving it around to the various areas, just to have the ones most local to no show. So I am looking for feedback as to where, and of course when.

Probably should just plan it for one of the bigger state parks so people have a good excuse to show up for a whole weekend. How about something like Lake Red Rock or Saylorville?
