My low range light flashes when I put it in low range. 4x4 works fine, I can hear the transfer case shift, but not the low range. I had to replace the actuator on the back of the t Case. Maybe I didn't get something lined up? Any Ideas?

 

convert to manual t-case. save you alot of headaches. but for the problem, the motor gets gunked up when it isnt used so you might just need to pull it and clean it. heres a link that might help. http://www.glue.umd.edu/~singletn/web/pages/tcase.html.
