I have done brake flushes before on vehicles by using fresh brake fluid.
But I have a vehicle that has been sitting many many years that I will be replacing all the brake components minus the hardlines. I wanted to ask is there some flush just for flushing brake lines out?
I was thinking of doing brake clean with the straw attached then flush the brake clean out by using brake fluid before installing the new hoses and wheel cylinders.
The only things that should go through brake lines are brake fluid and alcohol. If you run alcohol make sure you run air through the lines to make sure the alcohol evaporates.
