if it's not there look under the steering column for a little plug about 1 1/2" wide and 1/2" tall.

try to the right of the steering column just past the plastic panel cover the lower dash, trapizoid shaped connector.

can someone help me?
The underdash (OBD-II) connector wasn't used until '96. All '87-95 trucks have it by the L hood hinge, like the black one here.
