Can Anyone Help?
I have a 97 4x4 6cyl. Explorer.
What do I have to do to wire up for a trailer hitch.
Do I have to buy one of those Reese wire kits,97 bucks and wire the whole deal.
Or, is the connection under the drivers side rear(under tail light) the one I need to hook up a pig tail or T connestor.
Confuesed
Thanks for any help you have to offer.
Neil.
You should be able to find all the connections necessary to run trailer lights at that connector behind the left tail light, thats what I did with my 97. If you need brake wiring I think you will need to run new wires.
