6.0 problems

Today I was checking all the fluids on my 05 Harley Davidson. Everything was good with the levels but I did notice a slight residue around the degas cap. I just had the hg done about 6k ago along with the arp head studs. I'm thinking it is a bad cap. Truck runs great no issues.

That's one thing that gets over looked. make sure you only fill up degas bottle to the minimum line also. itll expand to the max line at operating tem

Hopefully that is it I wouldn't think it would be the hg again. I have an egr delete so I don't think it is that and my oil cooler is good according to my livewire ect and eot stay around 190.

Now that you said that I have noticed that when it is at operating temp it is above the Max line
