My 81 F100 has 5.0 Fox body headers on it's 302, most likey, they will fit, if your truck is a 4x4, you may have some fangling to do for exhaust pipe routing, but, the headers themselves should fit fine.

If you have a standard tranny the clutch pull bracket will have to be fabricated to be moved in away from the exaust pipe, and u have to reroute the hydolic line for the clutch as well, if you do put the headers on i would really recommend u sheild the clutch hydo setup from the heat, cuz its going to be really close.
I did the same on my truck as well, F-150 4X4, standard, 302 i used 95 cobra headers and they seem to fit good, but u have to still move the bracket !! Im runnin strainght glasspacks out the bottom of the cab
F250r: Be glad you have a hydraulic clutch... My 81 has a linkage clutch... Whoever put this engine in(truck came with a six) had to completly re-engineer the clutch linkage for exhaust clearance, and, moved it ahead to a new bracket that hangs off of the motor mount... Unfortunatley, it negates the possibilty of a dipstick, well, that and the block being for a stick in pan engine, and the pan for a stick in pan unit... LOL
