1969 f250

Hello everyone, figured I'd try out this forum to see if I can get a detailed answer to a few questions about my build.

I've owned my 69f250 camper special about 3 years now, I am the third owner. It has the original 360/390 and trans with it. I love my truck, and it's come a long ways since I found it neglected and rotting in a prickle berry bush.

I've decided I want to swap out the running gear and pretty much turn it into a "rat rod". have bought a 460 and c6 automatic transmission. They are matching and both got pulled out of a 1970 Lincoln mark 3. Engine has about 50,000 miles on it.

I've been surfing the net trying to find someone who has done what I am trying to pull off. I need to know what mounts/modifications and such I have to aquire and do, in order to mount my eng/trans in?

I have everything ready to go. Have the existing engine and trans ready to be pulled out all in one piece. Before I unmount them and haul er out, I figure itd be a good idea to figure out what parts I need to bolt my new engine and trans.

Any help or advice is much appreciated.

Cheers.
