It looks oem. I tried to take a pic in the same direction as you had. I plan to resell this one today and pick one up that already has the holes in it, and probably cost less.
Well, got it sold for 180. Plan to go pickup front and rear bumpers from a 2015 next weekend for just as good as a deal. I figured it was oem when I was talking with the guy, at least this confirms it.
You got a good deal for OEM I just sold my aftermarket '08+ for $80, asked for $100 and I was a nice guy told the poor soul just give me $80. Huge difference in weight also.
I try to search as much as possible and wait until I get a good deal!
