Two Extra Audio Wires

Hi,
Decided to upgrade my radio, discovered previous owner hacked up the wires pretty good, no chance of using a harness adaptor. I've got most of the wires ID'd except two. Help?
The source I used said the ground wire is Black/Green not solid black. Is that true?
The two I don't know are the left-most: solid black, and red/black
Thanks...

Well, like I stated, most of those wire colors haven't changed, so you can use that list.
