Finally finished my Pwertrane rebuild
Heres my 94 Bronco. I just recently finished a nut and bolt engine build, new transmission, new to me EEC, went thru all the wiring, cleaned and painted everything. Runs like a new truck now! Im really happy with the results. Its just a stock engine build, but I was after reliability more than anything.
Recently I have.....
Gutted the interior, patched rusted out holes, spray on bedliner over all interior, topped with multiple layers, in places, of Rattle Trap XXX Sound deadener, then a layer of heatshield/sound deadener pad/Jute padding and new carpet. Installed a complete stereo system with JBL speakers and pioneer amp and head unit.

Im still working on A seat upgrade to 02 Super Duty seats. Passenger side is done, waiting on money for new covers for the drivers side...
I put in a new Monster Transmission and converter....
And My engine Build, started with a long block from Titan Engines in Ocala, fl. Replaced, repaired, cleaned, balsted, painted or restored every part myself, including every fastener.
Upgraded PS pump to a Saginaw, most remarkable improvement yet in driveability.
I upgraded the power cables to #1 AWG all the way to the starter.
Theres still quite a bit to do, but at least now it runs like a new truck!

For the Saginaw, the steering is much smoother now, and no whining. Much of the floating feel is gone too.
The sound deadened is rattletrap xxx from eBay.
The seats are not powered at the moment. I'm still using the stock seat tracks. But I'm going to find some 96 f150 power seat tracks. The super duty seat tracks are just too tall.

SO far so good. I only have about 800 miles on it and its working great. The only drawback with them is the warranty. Basically they dont have one. If you have 31 inch tires or larger they force you to get the upgraded model which only comes with a 90 day warranty. Hopefully one of these days they will start standing behind their products. Ive heard many horror stories on the internet about them and shoddy work and poor warranty coverage. Another draw back is it takes them about 6 weeks to deliver it after you order it. Even if its in warranty though, you still have to pay someone to take it out, and drain it and send it to them for them to work on, and then you pay shipping both ways, and then pay someone to put it back in. So if you have a warranty claim you will still have to pay $500-$800 just for them to work on it.
So It is probably a better idea to use someone local that will stand behind their product and do the install at their shop. That way if you have a bad day, it will be on them, not on you.

3500 miles on the new engine/transmission. Still putting out about 14 mpg. No issues at all so far. I tend to drive alot harder now than I did before. Especially now since gas is under $3 a gallon. I can tell when I drive it hard, my mileage drops from 14 to 13.
Transmission is shifting fantastic. No leaks, now squeeks, no drips, no problems.
