If your going to stick with blue and white, I'd go for #2 and make it the opposite of your crew cab. What color is the interior? If its blue I'd definitely go with a blue and white two tone. If the interior is gray it gives you more options.

I vote for #1 style. When they are two tone I like the darker color to be in the middle! I loved your crew cab with silver and white. Can't beat silver and white together!
