Accu-weather said snow will start in 1 minute.....that was 1/2 hour ago. 55* and sunny at our place in VA.....

While watching the snow come down....I was checking out some items I got for my 87. The power steering pump repair kit is made in the USA and will cause cancer in California. The pump cap is made in China and doesn't cause cancer in CA. NY State says we have to use catalytic convertors that are approved for CA, and will cause cancer in CA. Does that mean that NY in its' infinite wisdom is introducing a cancer causing product to NY?
