Normally no, removing things that are fastened to the vehicle couldn't be removed without taking away money from the vehicle. But, for all of the ball dropping that I've been through, the adjuster let me remove everything that I wanted, except for the chrome running boards. But I have a set lined up already.

Beautiful pick up Warren. I hope I can get my 2013 that clean.

My Turn!

I'm finally getting a few things the way I want them on the 2013 we snagged this last weekend.
I did get my Flowmaster exhaust finished this morning, with stainless pipes, and polished tips. Then made a trip to Oreilly's and got my Vent Shades, and Gold pin stripe. I really like the way he's coming along.
Now, to find a set of O.E. chrome step tubes/running boards.
Thursday of next week, is my appointment for a full detail, and to have the factory stereo looked at.
It sounds like an almost $30.000.00 AM Radio. And this morning, the display went out twice, while the tinny sound played away.

Thanks Warren, I appreciate hearing that.
My biggest hurdle seems to be getting a good deal on Chrome O.E. running boards. But I'll find a pair with some time.
I really like what this color does in the sunset.
Here it's almost a Plum color.
And of course, my boy Rocky!

Nice truck Kentucky! I like the Pledge decal on the rear glass, I may have to get one of those for mine. Thanks for the link.
Bob, just a tip; if you're open to aftermarket tube step bars like I have on mine, consider looking on eBay. That's where I found mine, at a good price, too! How does Rocky like his new ride? Truck's looking good Bob!

I've made a few more tasteful upgrades to my Red Beast:
My wife helped me put a set of seat covers on him. Another fellow trucker here on these forums, Nassty, sent me the reflector strips to replace my black plastic pieces that were OE to the XL trim. Just yesterday I had asset of nearly new Cooper Discoverer A/T-3 tires installed on a set of chrome wheels that I found on Craigslist. The wheels came from a 2007 model XLT. I got pretty good deals on everything so far! All together I think I have just over $1250 invested here, including the tires. That also includes a rubber bed mat, too.

Thanks Buddy, I'm a craigslist junkie, and need to give ebay, and maybe amazon a shot. Maybe I can even find somebody local and not get killed on shipping.
Just checked on ebay, and amazon, and can't believe the prices, and most have free shipping too. Looks like this may be the way to go. Thanks for the tip!

It figures...... There two sets in my area just a couple of weeks ago. Then we bought the truck, and they disappeared. Go figure.
Anyway's I did just buy me a pair that go all the way to the front section of the bed. That'll make getting into the tool box a little easier too.
Time to get out of here. I'm having new Michelin LTX M/S's put on the wifes 08 Escape this morning.
Y'all behave.
