oil filter adapter question

I am putting a ford racing oil filter adapter on my 1994 ford f-350 460 engine,so I will be taking the oil cooler off.My question is there a male fitting already on the block for me to just screw the adapter on,or will I have to buy a male/male fitting ?

If you're just relocating the filter then no if you're removing the oil cooler and want the relocation kit in place of it I think you need an adapter Erich should come with the male to male
