Auto lock hub
hey, new to the forums
i had ball joints done on my x and the shop said i need new seals. i was looking at this for the hubs. https://www.quad4x4.com/product/4637...CKLE-SEAL-KIT/
but it seems a bit expensive, i would like to know if anyone has part numbers for all these things so i can change them.. and also like to know if there is a seal or a bearing in the front axle tube because when it was apart something in the tube looked bent.. so i wanna pretty much change what i can. thanks

I got the two big ones for 25 bucks a piece SKF part number 28600.
I have not measured the orings for a aftermarket option yet
SKF lists them as part #4a322 for the yellow
And part# 4c3z1 for the black
Inner axle seal SKF # 12014
I can confirm the seals are correct but I have not purchased the orings yet to verify that they are 100% correct

thank you, ill try fint it parts. less then 100 sounds good right now.. i usually order from advance auto parts online because i have a 30%off code good for up to $50 off.. but i dont know what too look for. because of the way the site i posted has it listed

If there is nothing leaking and the 4x4 works correctly I would not bother with any of them based on "looks".
What piece do you think was "bent"?

The parts listed only covers the Vacuum hubs there is an inner seal to the axle housing as well. There is also a special tool used to install the large seals correctly I just paid like 60 bucks for mine from snap on If there is nothing leaking and the 4x4 works correctly I would not bother with any of them based on "looks". As far as the tool goes some guys have made one on here and they have a list of the pieces needed some where I'm just not sure where

the 4x4 isnt locking automatically, i have to go out and lock them when i put it in 4x4
what looked bent was in the axle tube, i dont know if it was a bearing race or what

im gonna order the inner and outer seals.. if im gonna do it im gonna do it all.. its over the counter ill see if an auto parts store has one that i can use
