I have a 351m, now the difference between my motor and your motor is the stroke, but anyway the heads are the same if you mean adjusting the rockers, All I did was torque them down to spec because I have hydraulic lifters. If you have the same, it should work, but If you don't , you're in a whole other boat. I hope I was some help.
If you have stock hydraulic lifters, the rockers just need to be torqued down 18-25 lbft. If your heads have been reworked, make sure you have the correct length push rods, or shims under the rockers.
You have to measure the lifter preload and make sure it is within spec. You may have to shim your rockers. Check in your manual (you DO have one, right) for the lifter preload specs and how to measure and adjust it.
Normally with only a 10/10 deck/head cleanup the lifters will be within specs but you still have to check. If you make more radical cuts like you did the probability of needing adjustment is high.
You may have to get different length pushrods also to adjust your contact patch on the valves etc.
