My Diablo Delta chip arrived today. My truck is currently up on jack stands awaiting the arrival of my Borla headers 
Old exhaust manifolds are already off, just waiting on the UPS folks. I will hope to see an increase in MPG after these mods, let you know in a week or so.

I have had Diablo chip twice (it's a long story and has to do with a ECU reflash...). Both times my mileage has gone up incrementally, but really not at all practically. How much worse is your mileage after the chip install? How long have you had the chip? Are you still testing those new ponies?
My mileage (initially) dropped because I couldn't keep my foot off the go pedal after adding the chip (both times ). The long term average has been slightly better but basically the same.
