It says it's a 7.4 triton V8. I'm guessing 5.4, not 7.3. Also ex-corrections truck makes me wonder what's behind the front seat? Otherwise, looks like a truck I'd like to do a body swap with.
Those 7.4 Tritons are bad ***! Honestly if I was still in TX I would be talking to my wife about going down to get that one. I could do a simple 4x4 swap onto mine and then sell it as a 2wd... Now I'm starting to think about it, better not bring it up to the wife
Yea but it says it's diesel so maybe they meant 7.3 instead of 7.4? If that's the case, and it is a diesel, then I'd think it's a pretty good deal. Seats or no seats.
If you can get the smell of inmate butt out of the back it would be a good deal. Gas or diesel it looks clean just missing the back end. For a work/hunt truck it would be a steal out here in California. Oh maybe that is it, the inmates stole the truck and are trying to dump it now.
I don't know.... I just bought a 2000 EX limited 4X4 with the 5.4 V8 for $2700. 150,000 miles.
I could of got it cheaper but I said 2700 instead of 2500 because I didn't want to insult the owner. DAMN!
It was the PO father who passed and it was too big for him to keep. He just wanted to get rid of it.
It needed tires and ball joints.
