4 wheel drive conversion
I have a 2004 F250 that is 2 wheel drive and was going to do a 4 wheel drive conversion and it looks like a transfer case will bolt up to my transmission but I was wondering which t-cad was manual that would bolt up to my transmission.

A transfercase won't bolt up to a 2wd trans. You need to remove the tail shaft and replace the output shaft and then use a 4x4 tail housing so the transfercase can bolt to it.
There were plenty of original transfer cases of your year that were manual. No big deal to find one.

In addition to what is stated above all the holes you need are already in your frame. I have taken part in a 2wd to 4wd swap. In our case we had a donor 4wd truck both cabs removed engines out and transfered parts right over with them side by side. We had a full electric shift model so we did allot more wiring than a manual setup. We also went from a 5.4 to a 6.0b diesel so we pretty much stripped both trucks. The guy picked an entire wrecked 03' diesel for $3750 with 105k on the clock. Minus the bed and drivers for that were sold prior to us getting there to buy it.
